1. Agreement. By accessing linkNCE you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.
2. Accounts & workspaces. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Each workspace's data is isolated to that organization.
3. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Data. You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability & changes. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
